Established in 1996, we are an ISO 9001/ 2000 certificated Designer&Manufacturer of stamping die(single station & progressive dies) for sheet metal stamping industry. We make toolings for metal parts such as small auto parts, computer cases, cover or accessories of duplicater, printer, auto sound, VCD, DVD, case of electronic device etc.. Use wire EDM machines & CNC machining centers to construct die components. Tryout presses up to 250 tons with a 2700mm bed, ensure proper die performance in simulated production environment. Besides, for the sake of quality control, we use precise testing instruments as CMM, projector and microscope to inspect the stamped parts.Now the factory is serving the automotive, computer, appliance, electronics/ electrical & furniture industries.Our overseas customers are from Japan, USA, Canada, Finland, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, Korea, Malaysia, Jordan, Iran etc...
